A person’s performance decreases, he becomes irritable and has trouble sleeping. Buckwheat also lacks vitamins, which are necessary for skin, hair and nails. A salt-free diet with plenty of drinking helps to wash out not only toxins and toxins, but useful substances, for example, sodium and potassium. Violation of the body’s water-salt balance can negatively affect the work of the heart.

It is not recommended to switch to buckwheat diet for people with stomach diseases.
